Welcome sign, urns of flowers and flowing table runner - welcome to our wedding

How will you say ‘Welcome To Our Wedding’? Your welcome display will often be one of the first things your wedding guests see as they arrive, set the tone of your wedding with your welcome to our wedding display, whether it is a welcome sign, easel or balloons think carefully about where this should be positioned and what style you will go for.

At my wedding in Tuscany I had more of a welcome table, this was set up as guests arrived at the reception venue after the ceremony. The tree behind the welcome table had lots of hanging macrame plant holders filled with foliage and the wooden table was positioned in front of this.

Draped over the wooden table was a grey floaty table runner, this billowed in the breeze. On top of the runner was a beautiful floral arrangement by Passion for Flowers in one of our bronze urns, I also used a printable welcome sign and framed it in a brass A4 frame. On the table I added some LOVE black which I had found in a cute shop in Boston on a previous holiday. Leaning against the table was my personalised welcome sign (which had also been used at the ceremony).
