Wedding jam jars can make relaxed table centres, cluster a grouping of jam jars together on a table and fill with a mix of pretty blooms. These jam jars filled with flowers can make lovely gifts for guests around the table to take home. Depending on your wedding theme you may choose to persoanlise your jam jars, tie raffia, lace, hessian or ribbon around your jam jams and add extra details such as buttons and pearls.Source {Wedding jam jars tied with hessian – Aric and Casey Photography, Wedding jam jars tied with twine – Romance in a Glance, Wedding jam jars table centre (left) – Yazy Jo Photography, Wedding jam jars table centre (right) – Lauren Wakefield}

Jam jars can also look fab as hanging decorations. Either buy jam jars with a wire handle or add a wire handle yourself tying it around the rim. Hang jam jars from trees, entrances to your venue, ceremony areas or create a hanging curtain with a mix of jam jars and ribbon. You don’t have to fill them all with flowers, tea lights and candles can give a lovely look too.Source {Hanging wedding jam jars on wheel – Jenna Marie Photography, hanging wedding jam jars (left) – We Heart Photography, hanging wedding jam jars (right) – Anushe Low}
For an alternative to glasses why not serve your guests your signature cocktails from jam jars? Add a striped paper straw for a bit of fun. You could persoanlise the jam jars with luggage tags doubling up as escort cards or add drink me tags for a Alice In Wonderland idea.Source {wedding jam jar as drinks – Rebel with a Camera, wedding jam jars with straws – Athena Kalindi Photography}
For an outdoor ceremony or drinks area you can hang jam jars from crooks. For extra details you could use jam jars as place settings, add a blackboard label to each one and write the guests name on, perfect for a relaxed informal wedding. And finally, one of my favourite and most simple ideas is using jam jars to display your table numbers. Have one jam jar in the centre of the table and tie a luggage tag around the rim, stamp the number onto the luggage tag and there you have it!Source {Wedding jam jar table number – Katherine Elizabeth Photography}
