These blackboard bucket centrepieces are the perfect fit for a rustic or country wedding. You can write the table name or numbers on the piece of blackboard. This loved-up duo opted for a delightful combination of blush pink, ivory and green blooms created by Passion for Flowers to fill their blackboard buckets. We love the fact that they used lots of little tea-lights to give their tables a warm glow.

Grey & White Winter Wedding – Mercury Silver Decorations

We loved seeing how this couple used our mercury silver decorations and other bits and pieces at their weddings. Lou and Craig had a winter wedding at Warwick House, they wanted an elegant wedding and chose a colour palette of silver, grey, white and cream tones. They used lots of little details from The Wedding of my Dreams including grey hearts down the staircase, mercury silver vases, tea light holders and name cards as well as our American style mail box.

Lou and Craig chose our sister company Passion for Flowers as their wedding florists.

Grey Willow Hearts Used As Staircase Decorations

To decorate the staircase at Warwick House our large grey willow hearts were hung from the banisters with grey ribbon. A cream rose and green/grey eucalyptus was attached to each heart which looked stunning going up the stairs.

Advice For The Bride And Groom Coasters

Each guest was given a coaster, here you can see the reverse of the coaster saying ‘Happily Ever After’. The other side asks guests to write down their advice for the bride and groom – this makes a lovely alternative to a traditional wedding guest book.

For the top table Passion for Flowers moved the ceremony table arrangements through onto the centre of the top table and then either side of that they added flowers and candles in mercury silver vases in a mix of shapes and sizes. We love the cream roses, and hydrangeas with the mercury silver.

Guest tables

For a round table we suggest using one of these in the centre of your table, or for long guest tables we suggest spreading a number of these out length-ways down the centre of the table.

Top Table

For a long top table place 3 – 5 wooden crates (depending on the size of your table) next to each other to make a longer wooden trough shape, this will look stunning placed in front on the bride and groom.

Have a go!

Are you thinking of making your own centrepieces, leave us a comment and let us know. We’d love to see your photos.

You may or may not know that Karen and Gemma Morgan of The Wedding of my Dreams also run Passion for Flowers, their wedding florist business based in the West Midlands. Chalkboard Wedding Signs

Our chalkboard wedding signs were a big hit with couples at the wedding show, we used them as wedding chair signs on either side of the table. The here comes the bride chalkboard sign would usually be held by a young bridesmaid or page boy as they walk down the aisle. The Mr and Mrs chalkboard signs could be hung on the bride and groom’s chairs.

Bud Vase Name Card Holders – Just Like Salt Cellars

Our bud vase name card holders were at every place setting, holding lovely stationery from Tom Gautier. A tiny sprig of wax flower was placed in the bud vase, we love the idea of these being given as a wedding favour for guests to take home with them.

Bronze Tea Light Holders & Vases

The table scape used a mix of bronze vases in assorted sizes as well as crystal glass vases which had been sourced from flea markets and vintage shops.  Dotted around the florals were our bronze ribbed tea light holders and our chunky bronze vases were used in the mix on the table.

Confetti Bags – Sprinkle Me & Throw Me

On the back wall of the stand Passion for flowers styled wooden crates with various details and decorations. A small vintage suitcase held our cotton confetti bags, both the throw me and sprinkle me designs were admired by all.

Rustic Bark Tree Slices

For a more rustic setting Passion for Flowers used our bark tree slices with a grouping of green bud vases and a crystal decanter. This oozes rustic elegance.
