Sparkler First Dance – Wedding Ideas You’ll Want To Steal
Give all guests a sparkler to hold while you dance your first dance
Wondering how to make your first dance that little bit more special? How about a sparkler first dance? Ask all guests to hold sparklers while you dance away. This is an idea better suited to summer weddings or destination weddings where you can do your first dance outside (even if the rest of the dancing is going to take place inside). These photos are taken from my wedding in Tuscany, the first dance wasn’t until around 10pm so it was dark by then. The only light was from string lighting above and paper lanterns so the sparklers looked so magical.
We weren’t that keen on being centre of attention for our first dance so found the sparklers a great distraction for guests! The photos looked great and all our guests joined us on the dance floor once their sparklers had gone out.
