Today we are looking at pretty chair back ideas for Summer weddings. If you are getting married in the summer (or anytime of year) we love the idea of decorating chairs. These ideas are aimed at summer weddings but you could change the colours, flowers etc for a wedding in a different season.
First of all which chairs are you going to decorate? This will depend on the overall look you want to achieve and of course your budget. It would be lovely to decorate every single chair with a garland of fresh flowers but to help with the budget it may be that you ask your florist to create wow factor chair garlands for the bride and groom’s chairs and a foliage garland or single rose for the rest of the chairs. The bride and groom’s chairs can be used for the ceremony and wedding breakfast.
Maybe you are having an outdoor wedding ceremony and want to decorate all these chairs, adding ribbon in your wedding colours can look stunning, as can lace or hessian if this is more your style. For a more glamorous look sequin material or even material table runners could be draped over the backs of chairs.
Signs can look fab too, especially “Mr” and “Mrs” or “Bride” and “Groom” hanging from the backs of chairs.
